If you choose to order promotional merchandise from Donate Life Store, you can be assured your order will be handled professionally and fairly. Please review our store policies before ordering.

Your account: You will need to set up an account with us in order to place an order. This information will not be sold or used inappropriately.

Phone orders: You may call 804-782-4920 to place an order by phone. You will be asked for your credit card information.

Bulk orders: Email onlinestore@donatelife.net for questions and information regarding bulk orders.

No re-selling of merchandise: Donate Life America's promotional items are created for the sole purpose of spreading the message. These items are for personal use and may not be resold.

Returns and Exchanges: Email us at onlinestore@donatelife.net, if you need to return or exchange an item.

Shipping Methods: All orders are shipped via United States Mail or United Parcel Service depending on the order's weight and size. Larger orders are sent United Parcel Service. Our general rule is to use the fastest method available for the shipping fee charged. Overnight, 2nd Day air, and 3 Day select delivery can be arranged for an additional fee. Please make those arrangements when placing your order.

Expedited orders: If you would like, you may want us to expedite your order. These orders will be processed and ship out within 2 business days of receipt. See options when placing your order. Please call with any questions about specific dates on your order.

Delivery: Donate Life America cannot be responsible for the performance of the United States Postal Service and cannot be held accountable for delivery times or shipments lost in transit. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to process.

Shipping charges: We have designed our shipping and handling charges based on the weight of your order. Please feel free to opt out of your order before it is finalized, and email or call us with any questions or concerns that you have regarding placing an order and the charges.
